ust before a sports event- a football, soccer, basketball game or horse race begins - close your eyes and focus on the event and see what team or horse, etc. is going to win. Don't guess. Just see what comes into your head. Then watch the event and see if you are right!
Sometimes I will ask a friend for a picture of someone they know and I will give them information about that person. Just saying words that come to mind or so. Usually I am right. The more I do it, the better I get.
When I feel stressed out, I simply stare at an object or close my eyes and focus on a cloud floating right above my head and it starts to calm me down.

"Sit yourself in a quiet place and close your eyes. Find a question you've been wanting to find an answer to… Let all of your thoughts disappear from you mind and feel your body relax to be totally calm. Now ask the question again in simple words and see what your feelings or what words that come into your mind tell you. If it doesn't come easy for the first time, do this other times in a week's time and see what answers come to you and if they are the same."
